I've been a Realtor for over 9 years and have sold properties in both Skagit and King County. I've worked directly with Developers/Builders to help build communities. I have been an integral part in the building and selling of new homes and condominiums including but not limited to working as a Home Owners Association liaison for the Developer/Builder and turning the Association over to the Home Owners. My experience has earned me loyalty among first time home buyers through seasoned investors. I've helped build and sell communities for families to come home to!
